Free Fishing Day Saturday, June 7, 2008
  On the first weekend in June, River Park hosts free fishing in the park's lagoon.  Rods, reels and bait available and licenses are not required. Explore the outdoors as a family.  All activities demonstrated by certified instructors.  Canoeing - Fish Printing - Petting Zoo - Archery - B.B. Guns plus much more. Hands-on demonstrations in archery, fly tying, tomahawk and hatchet throwing, canoeing, and more.  Hosted by Camp Y-Koda Outdoor Skills & Education of the YMCA and Sheboygan County Conservation Association.  920-893-5210

Sheboygan Falls Jaycees Falls Fest -  
August 21-24 , 2008   
                                 PARADE HELD ON SATURDAY, AUG. 23 AT 11 AM THROUGH DOWNTOWN 
Held annually in the Falls at Rochester Park.  Featuring Youth Night on Thursday, Carnival rides, cash prize bingo, rock 'n roll, country and top 40 bands throughout the weekend. Holiday Parade at 5 p.m.
Join in the celebration of the holiday season as you watch beautifully decorated floats make their way down Pine and Broadway Streets in the Historic Downtown.  Letter Carriers will be collecting "Letters to Santa" along the route.
