THE MARKETPLACE
Sheboygan Falls is a center for home
furnishings and home improvement services. Downtown products and services emphasize
quality for the traditional customer. This is due to the following:
1. The strong regional orientation on home and family.
2. The increase of new, middle income and upper middle income households
and families.
3. The strong retail sales figures for home furnishings and home improvement
items in the area.
4. The low tax rate and strong real estate market in Sheboygan Falls.
