If you have been wanting to learn the skill of knitting, this is the class for you.  We will meet for 2 hours during which time you will learn to cast on stitches and knit.  We will make a basic hat constructed of just knit stitches.  Because this hat is made without seams, you will be knitting continuously in the round.

Knee High Naturalists: Wild and Wacky Woodpeckers at Camp Y-Koda @ Camp Y-Koda

Discover the wonderful and wild great outdoors with your little ones!  Camp Y-Koda’s naturalists will lead this interactive, parent-child program for children age 30 months to 5 years of age accompanied by their parent or guardian.  Join us to learn more about this amazing group of birds with a silly presentation, a wild and wacky craft and a short hike to find woodpecker clues.  Children will make a winter bird treat to take home for the birds in their own back yard.  Pre-registration is required by 12 noon the day prior to the program.  Visit the Sheboygan Falls or Sheboygan YMCA or www.campykoda.org for more information.
