The Prentice House - 613 Detroit

Built in 1870 by William Prentice, the founder of the first woolen mill in Sheboygan Falls. This Second Empire style architecture was popular in the Eastern states when the home was built. The building served as the city’s public library from 1943 until 1968.  Today it has been restored as a private home.
