202 Pine Street, Sheboygan Falls
Richardson Emporium

Schlichting Grocery & Dry Goods – 202 Pine

Built in 1896 by Henry Schlichting, this was once the oldest family mercantile business in Falls, serving the community for more than a century. While excavating for the new building, an old liberty pole was removed. The discovery reminded many of the Lincoln Campaign in 1860, when the pole was erected.  This building has been joined to the next door storefront to accommodate Richardson Furniture Emporium.
